We’re Tyson, Ashten, Taege, and Janie Cash—the family behind Keller Creek Boarding and Grooming for All Pets. Our story began back in 2009 when we got married and welcomed our very first French Bulldog into our lives. That moment sparked a lifelong love for animals that has only grown stronger. Today, we share our home with nine French Bulldogs—each one a daily reminder of why we started this journey in the first place.
After struggling to find a place we trusted to care for our own pets, we decided to create one ourselves. In March of 2018, we opened the doors to Keller Creek—a place where pets are treated like family, whether they’re coming in for boarding, grooming, or just a little playtime. Since then, we’ve had the joy of caring for so many amazing animals and building relationships with the people who love them.
People often ask how we manage everything—running a business, raising a family, and wrangling a small herd of Frenchies—but the truth is, this is what we were meant to do. In 2018, we found our purpose. For us, Keller Creek isn’t just a business—it’s a way of life. We believe every animal deserves to feel safe, loved, and a little bit spoiled. That’s what drives us every single day.
And none of it would be possible without our incredible staff. The heart of Keller Creek isn’t just the family that started it—it’s the dedicated, talented team who shows up every day with compassion, energy, and an unwavering commitment to the animals in our care. Their hard work, love, and laughter have helped make Keller Creek the trusted, welcoming place it is today. We’re beyond grateful to have them as part of our extended family.
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and animal-loving individual to join the Keller Creek team! This role requires flexibility across multiple areas of the facility, including boarding, daycare, and grooming.
Candidates should be at least 21 years old, capable of lifting 40 pounds, and comfortable keeping up with the fast-paced daily operations (including helping our CEO and CFO—Taege and Janie—stay on track with their very full calendars). Weekend and late afternoon availability is essential, and we’re looking for someone who values punctuality and can be counted on to show up and pitch in.
